Terms & Conditions ( Bookings & Appointment Policy )
1. You can make an appointment via the Fresha application, private message on Instagram.
2. All visits to the Nail Studio must be secured with a deposit. Failure to pay the deposit for your visit in advance will result in its cancellation.
3. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the stylist has the right to refuse to perform the treatment or suggest changing it to one that will fit into the available time. Do not use your phone during the second part of the manicure.
4. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within this period will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.
When booking with a gift voucher, please provide the voucher code. Appointments can be held for up to 24 hours without this information; after that, they will be released.
5. If you are planning nail art, please let us know in advance to reserve additional time.
6. If your nail is damaged before your visit and requires repair (extension), please let us know in advance to reserve additional time.
7. If you have any doubts about which service to book, please contact us. Booking a different appointment than you expect may result in the treatment being refused due to insufficient time.
8. I do not perform treatments for children under 16 years of age.
9. I only perform refills on styles made in our salons. In the case of styling from another salon, it will first be removed and redone if time permits or I will be forced to propose another date.
10. We only work with products available in the salon.
11. The stylist has the right to refuse to perform the treatment due to contraindications. Due to the safety of the stylist and other clients, we do not stylize infected nails
12. Complaints are accepted within 14 days of the service being provided. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage to nails.
13. By providing personal data and using the services of our salon, you consent to the processing of personal data and activities such as confirming visits and sending information about promotional campaigns.
14. Any client exhibiting disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will be immediately banned from using the services at the Nail Studio. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of misconduct, and such behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
